Manage Time Daily in 5 Steps – Part 1

A top time management system provides exceptional ways to manage time and achieve exceptional results in your life. Step 1: List down what you would like to achieve?
The most important aspect that people forget about a time management system is that you are meant to achieve a set of goals. Most people get wrapped up in their “to do list” that they lose sight of what is truly important…. Their goal. So before you start planning your day or week (recommended), be clear of what you would like to achieve. The more specific your goal, the more likely you will achieve it.  Goals should be:

Specific Measurable Attainable Realistic Timely

Step 2: Is it realistic?
Once you are absolutely clear of what you are planning to achieve this week, you need to ask yourself if the goal is realistic. Although pushing yourself is encouraged, there is no point setting yourself up for failure by setting targets that cannot be achieved in the stipulated time. Chunk your goal down to more manageable pieces to obtain maximum impact.
